Flex Option
Aperture uses
best practices intended to reduce the need for IT maintenance and support
services. We want you to need our
services less, and we believe you will be a happier client
as a result.
If you feel you
want a smaller level of support and a lower monthly charge, you can change
to a smaller plan at no cost.

Guaranteed Response
Aperture
will have an engineer on-site within four hours of your call to Aperture
anywhere within the DC Metro area, for qualified plans and during our
normal operating hours. If we
fail to arrive on time, we will credit the cost of the visit up to a total
of $200. |
